In an effort to capture the essence of the Canary archipelago, IA Manufacturing undertook a large-scale project. This project consisted of <\/span>create a model of an aquatic ecosystem<\/b><\/span> which accurately represents the geological and bathymetric characteristics of the Canary Islands.<\/span>\u00a0This model, which is now on display at the Juego de Bolas visitor center in La Gomera, It is one of a kind<\/b>.<\/p>

With the 3D-printed pieces ready, the next step was assembling and finishing the aquatic ecosystem model, a process that required both precision and creativity. Each fragment of the model was assembled with meticulous care, aligning all the parts. After assembling the pieces, we moved on to surface treatment. This process included sanding and applying several layers of material to smooth out any imperfections and create a uniform surface. Attention to detail was essential, as we wanted every aspect of the model to accurately reflect the natural formations., from volcanic peaks to submerged valleys<\/b>. Once this uniformity was achieved, we proceeded to the painting phase, where advanced techniques were applied to recreate the characteristic colors and textures of the archipelago.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

With the model fully assembled and finished, The final challenge was its transport and installation<\/b>. It is now on display at the Juego de Bolas visitor center on the island of La Gomera.<\/p>

Due to the fragility and value of the model, this stage required extreme care. The model was meticulously packed and transported in a specialized vehicle that guaranteed the safety of each of its components.<\/p>

In La Gomera, our team handled the final installation at the visitor center, a space dedicated to showcasing the archipelago's natural wealth.
