Skylight Madrid Project
The Skylight Madrid project, managed by Mace, aims to establish itself as a benchmark in the city. With pilot offices designed to impress visitors, the commercial décor is fundamental to conveying the right message.
Our goal was Highlight the building's unique features through striking and functional visual elements. The Skylight Madrid building not only aspires to be an architectural icon, but also to stand out for its sustainability and energy efficiency, aspects that we have reflected in every decorative piece.

Commercial decoration elements
The implementation of innovative decorative elements It offers numerous benefits, both aesthetic and functional.. These pieces not only beautify the spaces, but also communicate key messages about the building's characteristics and values.

Lightbox map
One of the most outstanding elements is the Lightbox map. This light map of Madrid It shows the strategic location of the building.. Made of cast methacrylate, its angled design facilitates viewing from the entrance.
The map's dimensions, 1.15 x 1.7 meters, required the use of reinforced 20 mm methacrylate to prevent deformation. Interior lighting, with directional lights and high performance combined with controlled spectrum diffusers, guarantees continuous and homogeneous visualization.

Green podium
The Green podium It symbolizes the building's energy and ecological capabilities. This stunning rainforest ecosystem was recreated with over 50 species of plants and mosses. We conducted multiple trials with different types of vegetation, branches, stones, and peat, achieving a realistic effect.
Furthermore, we used some of the vegetation to conceal the electrical wiring that powers the interior lighting, maintaining the natural aesthetic. The meticulous selection of each plant ensures that the display case is not only visually appealing, but also an accurate representation of a green and sustainable environment.

Energy podium
The energy podium The building's energy efficiency is noteworthy.. This display case contains a 25 cm diameter imitation light bulb, suspended in the center.
The ambient light in the background enhances the overall aesthetic, symbolizing the building's energy efficiency. The light bulb, as the central element, becomes a visual icon of innovation in energy efficiency, capturing the essence of modern commercial interior design that prioritizes sustainability.

Ball podium
The Ball podium was the biggest challenge. This element It symbolizes the extension of the building's exterior spaces., representing them with padel balls.
Although the initial idea was to pour the balls into the urn, during preliminary tests we saw that they exerted a very intense force towards the walls, so They could break the ballot box. This forced us to assemble the balls one by one, creating a composition that looked natural. We added a light in the center to even out the lighting and improve the aesthetics.
We used more than 600 balls to complete the composition. This display case not only highlights the building's recreational spaces, but also brings dynamism and creativity to the interior design.

Lighting control and management
All elements are controlled from a single remote control. This allows building workers to manage the lighting of each element separately. technological integration In commercial decoration, it facilitates handling and personalization of the environments according to the needs of the moment.
In addition, we vinyl-wrapped the pedestals where the elements are located. to maintain a cohesive and professional appearance, reinforcing the image of modernity and attention to detail.
