PROTOTYPES

WE SHAPE YOUR IDEAS

Manufacturing of prototypes intended to represent all phases of the design process. From basic volumes to presentation prototypes, including electronics, pneumatics or automation.

Our team of engineers specializes in reproducing complex systems for public display.

FINISHES

We can achieve the surface finish you need in prototype manufacturing.

Painted finishes (satin, matte and textured), hydrographics, metallic finishes, sandblasting, pickling and pad printing

MATERIALS

The materials used for prototype manufacturing depend on the physical and mechanical properties required for each piece.

We have transitional or end-use materials available.

PROTOTYPES FOR TESTING

Prototypes manufactured for functional testing are usually geared towards the scaled reproduction of the desired model with the physical-mechanical characteristics determined by the engineering team.

These test models are commonly used as a complement to, or in some cases as a substitute for, virtual simulations.

How did you find out about us?

I have read the legal notice and I accept

*The estimated time for preparing the budget will depend on the material received and the nature of each project.

    How are prototypes manufactured?

The prototypes are manufactured according to the needs of the project and the uses that will be given to them, taking into account the following factors:

    • Intended use of the prototype
    • Manufacturing time
    • Tests it must withstand
    • Desired aesthetic finishes and textures

Manufacturing techniques depend on the characteristics of each prototype, the most common being 3D printing, CNC machining, and vacuum casting.

Data needed to calculate the budget for a prototype.

To calculate the budget for a prototype, we must take into account the following information:

    • Prototype delivery date.
    • Technical information available: plans, renderings, photographs, etc.
    • Materials to reproduce or imitate.
    • Manufacturing scale: the most common are 1:50, 1:100, 1:150, 1:200, 1:500 and 1:1000
    • Intended use of the prototype.

    Materials for prototype manufacturing

The materials used to manufacture a prototype are very varied (plexiglass, forex, wood, cardboard, metal, glass, etc.), and can imitate any architectural material or texture.

Colors can be defined using RAL and Pantone references or physical samples.

How do you calculate the budget for a prototype?

There are no standard prices for prototype manufacturing, as each prototype is manufactured and customized with specific characteristics for each client.

Thanks to our calculation system, we can give you a quote in a few hours if you have provided us with all the information mentioned above.

How long does it take to manufacture a prototype?

Manufacturing time depends largely on the quantity and quality of information we receive, and can range from a few days to several weeks.

    Shipment

We have various systems for shipping prototypes depending on the fragility and characteristics of each prototype, and we can manufacture special protection systems to prevent breakage during transport.
