The interactive industrial model that we developed for the Biomet project is a representation designed to show the interdependence between the different industrial processes that take place in the plant designed by SC Tecno.

Each module, each volume, each point of light is designed to clearly illustrate how the operations are connected to each other, allowing you to identify how one action directly affects the next step in the system.

This model has been designed as a highly precise tool, both technically and visually, intended for display in professional environments where understanding the process is key. Furthermore, It allows tracking the waste from its entry to its final recovery., reinforcing the message of sustainability and efficiency that defines the Biomet project.

Technical precision from the ground up to the details

The model was built to scale. 1/100, with a surface area of 135 x 150 cm, This allowed us to accurately represent each of the functional areas of the industrial complex. The objective was to capture both the architectural structure and the operational flow of the plant, based on the 2D plans and 3D models provided by SC Tecno.

This adaptation process required precise technical interpretation, where each shape was adjusted meticulously to the three-dimensional format of the model.

To ensure realism and durability, high-quality materials were used, such as clear cast acrylic for the glazed surfaces and foamed PVC for the opaque areas. Both were machined using laser cutting and CNC milling technologies, resulting in a clean and professional finish. Furthermore, realistic theming based on photographs of the project was applied, accurately replicating textures, colors, and environments. This makes the model a robust and highly visual tool for explaining a complex system clearly.

One of the highlights of this interactive industrial model is its system of Neopixel LED lighting, designed to simulate the dynamic operation of the plant. Each light point It has been programmed to activate in sequences that represent the passage of the residue through the different phases of treatment..
