This time we bring you an Interactive Model manufactured for Solar Engineering tests, in a wind tunnel.

From the R&D department of Soltec They contacted us because they needed a scale model of a photovoltaic installation that they could use to carry out tests in their laboratory.

They needed an interactive model, equipped with a tilting mounting system for the solar panels, in order to increase its strength and stability against varying wind speeds.

The information gathered from the tests with our model will be fundamental for future research on their own facilities. Therefore, our biggest challenge was finding the right materials, complying with the standard and the physical and technical specifications.

A great challenge for our team of Engineers and Model Makers who didn't stop until they found the solution.

Once the work was finished, and in order to safeguard the integrity of the model and its components, it was mounted inside a metal crate, which facilitates its storage and subsequent transport without risk of breakage.
