To achieve this, we have a balance of technologies that allows us to undertake spare parts manufacturing projects, validation prototypes, and short runs of 50 to 1,500 units in just a few days.
In addition, our team of engineers and designers can digitally translate any idea or development from sketches or plans to carry out any design.
PROTOTYPES
The correct execution and manufacture of a prototype can reduce the time and costs dedicated to the design and validation of a new product by up to 80%, also accelerating decision-making and enabling total customer interaction during this process.
SPARE PARTS
Thanks to the different manufacturing technologies we work with, we can reproduce any part required for maintenance or replacement quickly and without the need for minimum units. Furthermore, we can match or even improve its mechanical or physical properties without increasing its cost.
SHORT SERIES
Once the number of units that rapid prototyping technologies are capable of producing is exceeded, we have reproduction techniques capable of producing objects in quantities of between 50 and 1,500 units.
This is achieved through the use of thermoplastics with physical characteristics similar to those of polymer injection or extrusion and the use of silicone molds.
