Architectural model Hospital Ghesa, Senegal

This architectural model is a 1:300 scale reproduction of the Ghesa Hospital in Dakar, Senegal.
Our client came to us with the need for the project to be completed in 17 days, including shipping to the destination country.
We analyzed the project thoroughly, and after studying the different technologies, we opted for CNC machining, which allows us to create building models in the shortest possible time, ruling out the use of additive manufacturing in this case, as it would have required a longer execution time.
To tackle the ornamentation of the building's windows and reproduce its design and complexity as faithfully as possible, we decided to work with screen printing on this marquee, achieving a more realistic finish in less time and therefore reducing costs.
The building's various structures were manufactured in sections, prioritizing the more complex ones. These were then assembled according to the plans, and finally, our landscaping team added the finishing touches, including vegetation.
We are very pleased with the final result. We enjoy building scale models of buildings because each project is a new opportunity to create individualized solutions to complex problems.
