Real Estate Promotion Model
This time we're talking about this architectural model for a real estate development with hyper-realistic finishes, outdoor furniture and large garden areas, made to a scale of 1/150, which we created for a housing development on the Costa de Marbella.
Hyper-realistic finish, large landscaped areas, swimming pool and lighting.
Our client came to our offices with several important premises; on the one hand dWe had to build a model in step with the development of the architectural project, and on the other hand, we also had to provide it with independent interactive lighting.
Thus, this model had to be easy to modify or texture as the project progressed and while it was being built.
The building included common areas with outdoor furniture, gardens, large recreational areas, and a spacious swimming pool. Every decorative element was designed with the utmost care, always striving to give the model the necessary realism.
Furthermore, the delivery date was really tight, as this architectural model was the centerpiece of the project presentation.
To achieve independent interactive lighting, our team had to implement various remote-controlled lighting systems.
Great care was also taken in the final artwork, seeking realism in the textures and finishes of the materials, the furniture and of course the landscaping.
