The process behind a 270cm Titanic replica created in 6 months

A few months ago, we completed one of our most exciting projects: the creation of a 270 cm replica of the Titanic. This model, designed for traveling exhibitions, was built in six months with a focus on historical accuracy and technical quality. From the design of blueprints based on original documentation to the additive manufacturing of the hull, every stage of the process was carried out with the utmost care. The model, now part of Musealia's "Titanic. The Exhibition," is a tribute to the legendary ocean liner and a key element in sharing its story.
Simplify to communicate: Model of solar panels and bi-post structures

Minimalist design can be a powerful tool for conveying complex concepts. In this article, we explore how IA Manufacturing and Imenergy created a solar panel mockup to highlight the two-post system, prioritizing clarity, focus, and cost-effectiveness without sacrificing visual impact.
La Palma in detail: Topographic model with augmented reality

The augmented reality topographic model installed at the Roque de los Muchachos Visitor Center in La Palma offers a unique experience. With meticulous craftsmanship and innovative technology, it allows visitors to interactively explore the Caldera de Taburiente National Park, connecting the physical landscape with digital information about its geology and biodiversity.
Solar360 interactive light model, solar energy within sight

At Ia Manufacturing, we designed an interactive lighted model for Solar360 that demonstrates how their solar technologies work in homes. Thanks to COB LED lighting, this model offers a clear and detailed visualization, adapting to any exhibition environment. It's the perfect tool for explaining solar energy solutions effectively and engagingly.
SCTecno opts for an interactive industrial model for the Valdemingómez plant

The interactive industrial model created by Ia Manufacturing for SC Tecno is an accurate representation of the "Los Cantiles" waste treatment plant in Valdemingómez. Featuring programmable LED lighting technology, this model allows for the simulation of key processes such as composting and biomethanization, providing a valuable visual and educational tool. Thanks to its interactive design, users can activate each phase using push buttons, enhancing their technical understanding. This project stands out for its innovation and the successful collaboration with SC Tecno.
Restoration of the topographic model of La Gomera, a 30-year legacy renewed

The topographical model of La Gomera, over 30 years old, has been restored to its original splendor. This three-meter-diameter wooden model had suffered structural damage and accumulated dirt over time. The restoration process included repairing the structure, renewing the vegetation, and recreating textures, with particular attention to Garajonay National Park. This cultural artifact has regained its value as a visual symbol and educational tool for the island.
The Canary Archipelago in detail: The first aquatic ecosystem model that represents the topography of the islands

IA Manufacturing has undertaken a groundbreaking project by creating the first-ever aquatic ecosystem model that accurately represents the topography of the Canary Islands archipelago. Using LIDAR technology and 3D modeling, every geological detail has been captured, from volcanic peaks to the deep sea. This model, manufactured using high-precision 3D printing and finished with over 50 liters of epoxy resin to simulate the sea, is now on display at the Juego de Bolas Visitor Center in La Gomera. The work stands out not only for its visual realism but also for its educational value, offering visitors a new perspective on the Canary Islands' natural environment.
Behind the restoration of the Boeing 747 model airplane for Wamos

At Ia Manufacturing, we restored a 1/30 scale Boeing 747 model airplane for Wamos Airlines. This project included modifying the internal structure, repairing damage, complete stripping, and applying a vinyl wrap with Wamos' corporate image, as well as creating a new, custom-designed steel base. It was a challenge we overcame with precision and dedication, demonstrating our commitment to excellence in model making and restoration.»
Industrial Model of a Recycling Plant, Miniature Engineering

In the model-making industry, every project is an opportunity to demonstrate our skill and dedication. Today we want to share with you the process of creating an industrial model that we manufactured for Bianna, a leading company in recycling solutions.
Cosentino and its industrial model, a new level in interactive models

The Cosentino industrial model is a perfect blend of precision and interactive technology. Built to a 1/700 scale, this detailed and realistic model includes all the buildings, access roads, and landscaped areas of the Cosentino facilities. Using high-quality materials and advanced techniques such as CNC machining and laser cutting, every element is meticulously represented. Furthermore, the innovative interactive lighting system allows users to control the lighting of different areas via a touchscreen, providing relevant information and enhancing the viewing experience. This model is not only a stunning visual tool but also a valuable resource for planning and presenting industrial projects.
