Today we want to talk about how we work at IA Manufacturing. We want to show you the process of building our models and interactive installations, and the steps we follow to bring your project to life.
1. Tell us your idea
The first step is for us to get to know each other; we'll meet and you'll tell us your idea.
From that moment on, we will begin to investigate the best solutions based on which technologies or materials best meet the specific needs of your project.
2. We shape your project
With all the information you have provided, we will get to work.
We create sketches, refine the design, and produce 3D renderings if needed. We develop the scale model and the specific installation requirements. We propose control apps and mechanical or visual solutions to enhance the exhibition experience, ensuring it's exactly as you envisioned it.

3. The Workshop gets underway
In our workshops we manufacture and model all the elements that make up the model: from additive printing technologies or CNC cutting, to artisanal cork modeling processes.
It is time to create any mechanical and/or electrical system that the project includes.
And of course, we develop the user experience: creating control apps, audiovisual and graphic materials, and interactive elements. All you have to worry about is letting us do what we do best.
4. Landscaping is key to making an impact.
We create the environment according to the terrain's topography, incorporating vegetation piece by piece until we achieve the ideal setting. We make your model look realistic and come to life.
5. Exhibition Furniture, the finishing touch.
We manufacture custom-made tables, stands, protective urns and stands with designs that enhance the exhibition experience and adapt to its specific characteristics. Easy to assemble and transport, so you can take your project wherever you need it.
6. Transport and Installation
If required, our expert installers will travel to the final delivery destination along with the model, guaranteeing its correct transport.
Once downloaded, the on-site assembly process begins. We'll have your installation ready for display on time and with the utmost care, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
7. Our guarantee
We understand that a project like yours requires a reliable guarantee. Our experience has taught us that models displayed to the public are susceptible to unpredictable damage, so we can also offer maintenance, repair, or replacement guarantees. We'll be with you long after delivery.
